The space

Step into the bright entryway and into an expansive open-concept living space, where a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, oversized island, and walk-in pantry flows seamlessly into the dining area and cozy living room with a gas fireplace. Patio doors open directly onto the backyard - featuring a seasonal heated pool, BBQ, lounge seating, and private lake access with a canoe and two kid kayaks.

Back inside on the main level, you'll find a dedicated arcade room with classic games, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and dual TVs for movie nights or multiplayer gaming. A poker room invites late-night laughs, while a quiet study with a desk provides a functional workspace.

From the main level, access the garage and head up one flight of stairs to a multipurpose bonus room featuring a home gym with cardio and weight equipment, plus a lounge area for stretching, relaxing, or unwinding after a day of fun.

These visits are brief and will not interfere with your privacy or enjoyment of the space.
