Welcome to Garrison House, nestled in the heart of Peggy's Cove! This charming, rustic cottage has been lovingly maintained by the Garrison family for decades. With stunning views of the lighthouse and crashing waves, it’s a true coastal gem. Recently updated with fresh paint and new flooring, the cottage features 5 cozy bedrooms across 2 floors, including a main floor bedroom with an ensuite, and can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. We can't wait to host you in this beautiful, historic home.

The space

Pull up to Peggy's Cove and immerse yourself in her beauty! From the moment you arrive till your last glance at Garrison House, you'll wish your stay was longer!

Park your vehicle right on top of a huge rock, then head on inside! Enter directly into the kitchen, which is stocked with all the basics you may need to prepare a meal.

Off the kitchen is the living room, with million dollar views of Peggy's Cove. There are two sofas as well as two chairs. Please note there is a pellet stove that is not operational for guests. Also on the main level is the first bedroom with a queen bed and en suite, as well as a dining room.

Off the main level is a small porch where you can take in the ocean breeze!

Head upstairs where you will find the remaining four bedrooms. Two with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and one with a twin. The primary suite features an in-room soaker tub, and there is another full bathroom with shower upstairs as well!

Guest access

Guests have private access to the upper two levels of the home. Guests do not have access to the basement, laundry facilities, or use of the pellet stove.

Check-In/Out Times: Check-in and check-out times are strictly as stated on the listing. Early check-ins are not possible as they compromise our ability to prepare the home properly. We kindly request you to respect these times and do not request an early check in.
